OFFICIAL LETTER 3801/LĐTBXH-LĐTL DATED 21 SEP 2015 OF MINISTRY OF LABOR WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS GUIDING OVERTIME SALARY ON HOILIDAYS, DAY OFFS WWITH SALARY
According to official letter 3801/LĐTBXH-LĐTL:
Employees work overtime on holidays, day offs with salary are paid in accordance with the working job at least 300%, excluding salary on holidays, day offs with salary for daily-paid employees. For monthly-paid employees including salary of holidays day offs with salary , the overtime salary on holidays, day offs with salary are calculated at least 300% of the actually-paid salary of a normal day.
